Suspension Trainer

Just as the training programs I've purchased the suspension straps are high quality; very well made. The "Quick Start Workout Guide" is good except that it does not include directions for how to clip, loop and link the straps to an anchor point (i.e. attaching to a round vertical support pole). Good introduction to exercises in the Guide.

Bought the suspension trainer mainly for our kids to use. It is built very well and the kids enjoy using it.
